<p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Job Summary</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">The Enterprise Application Lead is senor technology leader responsible for ownership of technical platforms for enterprise applications, overseeing the strategy, ensuring their performance and alignment with business objectives. This role requires excellent leadership skills, technical expertise and collaborative mindset to drive successful outcomes across the enterprise. The Enterprise Applications Lead is both a <strong>strategic enabler</strong> and <strong>operational leader</strong>, ensuring that technology platforms are aligned with business goals, deliver value, and are managed effectively across the enterprise.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Essential Functions of the Role</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Provide leadership and guidance to team of employees and contractors supporting Enterprise applications. </span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Extensive collaboration with a MSP to ensure delivery standards and technical remediation are performed in an accurate and timely manner.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Owns relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors, translating business needs to technical requirements and managing relationships to ensure the applications evolve with organizational needs. This includes ensuring that architecture can adapt to changing business requirements and technology advancements.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into application roadmaps.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Experience with knowledge on hosting or infrastructure platforms.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Ability to advise and assist with system architecture design, sizing, and installation upgrades.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Ability to define roadmaps, project plans, and steps to implement new infrastructure within architectures.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Possess the relationship skills, cultural awareness, and organizational prowess required to work effectively in a large, highly matrixed organization.
