Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (4 remote days per week).
As a Senior Java & Angular Fullstack Developer – Microservices Architecture, you will work for our client, a leader in the insurance industry, focusing on developing modern solutions within the insurance sector. You will play a key role in building and expanding distributed microservices systems for claims reporting and processing, contributing to innovative and scalable digital insurance platforms.
Your main responsibilities:
Implement modern solutions in the insurance sector to enhance operational efficiency.
Build and expand systems within a distributed microservices architecture for claims reporting and management.
Participate in designing architecture using state-of-the-art solutions.
Improve automation and streamline key business processes.
Ensure high-quality deliverables by developing and maintaining comprehensive automated test suites.
Perform code reviews and contribute to maintaining code excellence.
Engage in agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborative team activities.
Collaborate daily with a motivated team dedicated to high-quality code and innovative problem-solving.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 3 years of experience in software development, particularly in Java-based environments.
Strong knowledge of Java (>5 years), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Spring Cloud.
Experience with Liquibase, Angular, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and ElasticSearch.
Familiarity with git, Maven, testing frameworks, and CI/CD tools like Bamboo.
Understanding of Functional Programming and Object-Oriented Programming paradigms.
Ability to scale applications and diagnose performance issues effectively.
