About the Role
Drive direct sales operations for JTI to meet area volume and distribution goals.
Cultivate strong customer relationships and develop customer base in assigned territory.
Collaborate closely with Territory Development Leader and ASM office to manage trade relationships and implement strategic plans.
Work with Territory Development Leader, Field Marketing Executive, and Territory Executive Representative to expand consumer base.
Ensure achievement of area target outlet coverage, SKU offtake, numeric and weighted distribution, call efficiency, outlet drop size, OOS control, and effective merchandising.
Serve as part of an agile team, mitigating operational disruptions by temporarily and promptly assuming vacant frontline field sales roles when required.
Who we are looking for
Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduate are welcome to apply!
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and driving experience, preferably in FMCG.
Passionate about achieving both individual and team goals.
Demonstrates a strong desire and ability to learn.
Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
Drivers’ license (B2 or higher). We have a program to support qualified women, who do not hold a drivers’ license
