About the Role
**SEN Teaching Assistant - Kidderminster (Must Drive)**
We are currently recruiting an experienced **SEN Teaching Assistant** to work in a school in **Kidderminster**.
**Requirements:**
* **Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.**
* Previous experience supporting children with **Special Educational Needs (SEN)** is essential.
* Experience working with children with:
* **SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs**
* **Autism**
* **Challenging behaviour**
* **Trauma**
* **Anxiety**
The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient, and confident in building positive relationships with pupils while supporting their emotional, social, and educational development.
