You will oversee critical projects, ensuring seamless execution, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Your main responsibilities: Monitor and report on project progress, maintaining clear documentation and communication. Organize work streams, supervise teams, and provide direct support to all project participants. Ensure alignment, quality, and compatibility of proposed solutions, managing changes and risks effectively. Maintain up-to-date project documentation and track ongoing modifications. Foster strong relationships with sponsors and project owners through continuous monitoring and support. Identify and resolve complex issues, facilitating collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Manage change and risk within the scope of multiple concurrent projects in the insurance, investment, or banking sectors. You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 5 years of experience in project management within the insurance, investment, or banking industry. Proven expertise in project methodologies, certified with relevant credentials. Strong planning, multitasking, and organizational skills to lead multiple initiatives. Fluent Polish language skills, with excellent communication abilities. Ability to build effective relationships in a team environment. Proactive problem-solving skills, efficiency, and perseverance. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) Additional certifications in project management or related disciplines. Language Required for the role: Fluent command of Polish.
