Commercial Property Fee Earner - Wakefield

A highly regarded regional high street law firm is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its team on the outskirts of Leeds, West Yorkshire. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, combining both office-based and remote work (with the firm typically requiring a minimum of 2 days each week in the office).

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of commercial property matters, contributing to the growth of the department, and providing exceptional service to clients. The firm values a friendly and collaborative environment, where your skills and initiative can directly impact the firm's continued success and development.

You will be involved in the full range of Commercial Property work to include sales, acquisitions, and landlord & tenant matters - typically working with OMBs and SMEs in the local West Yorkshire business community. 

About You 

• Experience as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or a non-qualified fee earner with a background in Commercial Property
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload - you will have the benefit of Partner level support but should ideally be able to work on files independently, seeking guidance as required. 
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Proactive approach to supporting departmental growth
