Manage forward Manage Forward, our award-winning development programme designed for people managers has had over 350 managers participating across our locations, with 62 completing the programme in 2023 and 9/10 recommending the programme to others.  With a strong emphasis on specific outcomes, Manage Forward enables a comprehensive exploration of core topics, fostering confidence and nurturing the essential capabilities required by people managers such as communication, leading with empathy, and mindset. 96% of managers found the content relevant to their roles and believed they could apply what they learnt. By equipping managers with these skills, they are empowered to elevate their teams, themselves, and ultimately enhance overall engagement within Liberty Global. Development programmes   Finance Academy From Treasury to Tax, Property to Procurement, we’ve created a Finance Academy not just to give you knowledge of all finance functions, but to act as a platform for your next career move. It’s your chance to learn, expand your skillset – but also build relationships and impress. Coaching Our coaching framework ensures that coaching, either via internally certified coaches or externally vetted suppliers, are used in order to support specific development needs. People managers are provided training on coaching skills and have access to other on-demand training should they want to hone this skill further. Mentoring We have created specific mentorship programmes to support our critical talent pipelines.
