<p>We are currently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a growing MSP/ Reseller. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and customer service standards across the company.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>• Manage a team of technical service desk and project team professionals to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded<br />
• Lead customer service improvement initiatives<br />
• Develop service level agreements<br />
• Monitor and review service delivery processes to ensure they are efficient and effective<br />
• Liaise with customers to ensure service quality is maintained<br />
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner<br />
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>• Previous experience in an IT Solutions company in a similar role<br />
• Proven track record of managing and leading a technical service desk and projects team<br />
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills<br />
• In-depth knowledge of service delivery processes<br />
• Knowledge of MSP industry standards<br />
• Knowledge of service-level agreements<br />
• Knowledge of customer service principles<br />
• Ability to develop strategies to improve service delivery<br />
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude</p>
