About the Role

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and committed professionals to join our Health & Social Care team for the 2026/27 academic year.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing curriculum area, delivering high‑quality education that prepares learners for progression into employment or higher study within the health and care sector.

We welcome applications from individuals who:

  • Have experience delivering Health & Social Care qualifications, including T Level Health
  • Are able to teach across a range of Health & Social Care programmes
  • Are passionate about learner development and maintaining strong industry relevance

Applications are encouraged from both experienced teachers and industry professionals who are interested in transitioning into education (full training and support may be available).

This exciting role will include:

  • Delivering practical engaging lessons to a variety of learners.
  • Joining a specialist teaching team, delivering across a wide range of subjects.
  • Supporting students via the tutorial program.
  • Delivery across a range of programmes to include NCFE/CACHE.

  • Recent industry experience.
  • Relevant industry qualifications.
  • Assessor/IQA Qualification (Desirable)

College location: Based at our Eastbourne Campus.

Annual salary: Circa £30,000 - £42,000 FTE (ACTUAL £17,800 - £24,900)

(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

Hours:   Part Time – 22 Hours/52.14 Weeks
