SEND Teaching Assistant – Autism Support | Eastleigh (Full-Time, Long-Term) £89 – £93 per day We are recruiting for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist setting in Eastleigh supporting pupils with Autism and communication needs. This is a long-term opportunity within a well-supported environment, working with small class sizes and experienced staff. The role: Supporting pupils with Autism on a 1:1 and small group basis Assisting with communication, routines and structured learning Supporting emotional regulation and engagement Working closely with teaching staff and therapists The ideal candidate: Has experience with Autism or similar needs Is patient, consistent and able to build trust Can adapt to individual learning styles Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (child workforce) Up-to-date safeguarding training Right to work in the UK
