What You Will Do:
As an Upstream Control Room Operator, you will monitor, control, and optimize upstream production facilities, ensuring safety and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in maintaining continuous operations, troubleshooting issues promptly, and supporting the overall success of our upstream production team.
 

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in upstream control room operations or oil & gas processing
• Strong understanding of process control systems (SCADA, DCS) and instrumentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a rotating 14/14 schedule (day/night shifts)
• Good communication and team collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certifications such as TSSA, HSE, or similar industry-specific credentials
• Experience with emergency response procedures and safety protocols
• Familiarity with upstream production technologies and equipment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical diploma or degree in process technology, petroleum, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of control room operator experience in oil & gas upstream operations

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
• Candidates must be able to pass relevant background checks and certifications as required
