About the Role

Administrative Assistant (Accountancy Practice) Fitzrovia, London £32,000 + Bonus An established accountancy firm is seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support two partners and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys traditional administrative responsibilities while embracing technology to improve efficiency. Full training will be provided for statutory filings, making this a great role for someone looking to broaden their skillset within a supportive and modern working environment. Role Responsibilities Provide administrative support to two partners, including diary management and email coordination Prepare, format and amend letters, reports, invoices and other business documents Assist with statutory filings, with full training provided Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries professionally Maintain accurate and organised digital filing systems Support internal communication and coordination across the department Help improve administrative processes through the effective use of technology and digital tools Personal Requirements At least 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a professional services environment such as accountancy or legal services Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook Comfortable learning new systems and keen to use technology to improve efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload A flexible team player with a proactive approach and willingness to contribute ideas Benefits 22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays One optional working from home day per week Office-based role with flexible working hours 'Dress for your diary' culture Supportive and friendly team environment Monthly birthday celebrations Free daily breakfast and fresh fruit Cycle to Work scheme Electric vehicle scheme Training and development in statutory administration, digital systems and workflow improvementIf you're an organised administrator looking to develop your career within a modern professional services environment, apply today.
