Locum Employment Solicitor – Milton Keynes

A leading law firm based in Milton Keynes is seeking a locum Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded employment team. This is a key hire for the department, and the successful candidate will be expected to handle a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, tribunal claims, contracts, policies, settlement agreements and general advisory work.

You’ll be managing a busy and varied caseload with full autonomy, so strong technical ability and confidence working without supervision are essential. The firm is ideally looking for someone with at least 4 years’ PQE who can quickly integrate into the team and deliver high‑quality support from day one.
