As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled BI Consultant to help us turn data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. Your role Your core mission will be to transform complex data into meaningful, decision-driving insights using Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, define reporting requirements, and translate them into structured data models, calculations, and visual reports. This is a role where technical capability meets business understanding. Key responsibilities Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and reporting needs Develop and maintain data models Create and optimize DAX calculations Ensure clarity, usability, and reliability in reporting solutions Contribute to continuous improvement of data structures and reporting standards Professional qualifications We expect that you: Have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or as a BI consultant Are experienced in Power BI Are comfortable working with DAX and data modeling (Maybe using Tabular Editor) Speak and write English fluently Preferably have an educational background within business, finance, economics, or similar Experience working with AI-related tools, analytics, or data-driven automation is considered an advantage Experience with SQL and database structures is a plus, but not required Personal competencies We’re looking for someone who: Is curious and genuinely interested in understanding the business behind the numbers Is solution-oriented and proactive Is approachable and enjoys working closely with stakeholders Is a team player who values collaboration and knowledge sharing Thrives in a role that requires flexibility — including occasional adjustments in working hours when business needs demand it Takes ownership and ensures tasks are driven to completion
