Over onze klant Our client is an AI‑powered sales engagement and revenue workflow platform that helps teams automate prospecting, manage pipelines, and improve deal execution across multiple communication channels.It centralizes outreach activities, such as email sequences, calls, task management, and buyer insights into a single workspace while integrating deeply with CRM systems to reduce manual work and boost productivity. The platform also provides forecasting, conversation intelligence, and analytics, enabling sales organizations to operate with greater accuracy, consistency, and scale Functieomschrijving Key Responsibilities Execute targeted outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and direct channels Engage and qualify investors, buyers, and acquisition targets Convert leads into scheduled, high-quality meetings for the sales team Personalise outreach based on asset class, deal type, and investor profile Drive consistent follow-up to maximise conversion rates Maintain accurate CRM tracking and pipeline visibility Work closely with lead generation and sales teams to optimise performance KPIs (Performance-Driven) Meetings booked (weekly/monthly) Lead-to-meeting conversion rate Response rates across outbound campaigns Contribution to qualified pipeline Profiel BA degree or MBO+ relevant work experience Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in Sales or Commercial role Knowledge of Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics Real Estate or AI industry experience is a strong plus Strong communication, negotiation & influence skills, at Management Level Experience with SAP and Excel Immediately available or within one week! English fluency 36 - 40 hours a week
