Trade Sales Manager – Automotive Parts (B2B)
💰 £35,000 – £38,000 + Benefits + Profit Share

We’re recruiting for a leading automotive parts specialist with a strong reputation across the UK and Europe. This is a hands-on Trade Sales Manager role leading a fast-paced B2B team supplying workshops, specialists, and performance garages.
This is not a sit-back management role — it’s for someone who can lead from the front, drive activity, and deliver results daily.
The Role
- Lead and manage the Trade Sales Team (performance, KPIs, daily activity)
- Drive revenue through high-volume inbound and outbound sales activity
- Build and develop long-term relationships with trade customers
- Oversee quoting, account management, and margin control
- Ensure team adherence to processes, SOPs, and credit procedures
- Work closely with senior leadership to execute growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B trade sales or sales management
- Background in automotive parts, aftermarket, motor factors, or similar
- Strong leadership — able to motivate, challenge, and hold people accountable
- Comfortable in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment
- Commercially sharp — understands margins, pricing, and stock flow
- Organised, decisive, and used to fast-paced daily activity
