About the Role

Guidant Global is partnering with Airbus to recruit a Wing Coordinator to join the Planning and Logistics team in Broughton. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring materials, work orders, and schedules are aligned to deliver seamless outputs to the shopfloor.

Working within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment, you'll act as a vital link between production, supply chain, and logistics-helping to keep operations running efficiently and on track.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll take ownership of daily coordination activities across production planning and logistics, including:

• Leading daily production scheduling routines and supporting operational priorities
• Attending production monitoring meetings and providing clear progress updates
• Managing work orders, ensuring accurate tracking and timely execution
• Coordinating component availability, including identifying and resolving missing parts
• Supporting logistics distribution and managing internal/external work order transfers
• Driving alignment across teams to resolve outstanding work and streamline flow
• Managing supply of Wing Loose Items to Final Assembly Lines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient production flow

What We're Looking For

We're looking for proactive, solutions-focused individuals who thrive in a collaborative and fast-moving environment. You don't need to come from aerospace-transferable planning experience is highly valued.
You'll bring:

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics coordination
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
• The ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing demands
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with a "can-do" attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams
• Confidence working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Additional Information

• Security Clearance: BPSS+ required (completed by Airbus)
• Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, between 07:00 - 19:00
• IR35: Inside
