Job Summary:

Our Lady of Angels Regional School is seeking a caring, dependable, and faith-filled individual to serve as a Part-Time Pre-K 4 Aide. The aide will assist the classroom teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of our youngest learners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pre-K 4 teacher with daily classroom activities and instruction.
• Support students during learning centers, small-group activities, and classroom transitions.
• Help maintain a positive, orderly, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, arrival, dismissal, and other designated times as needed.
• Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and clean-up.
• Foster positive relationships with students while modeling Christian values and respectful behavior.
• Support the school's Catholic mission and participate in school activities as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding students and school matters.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate degree or college coursework in education preferred.
• Experience working with young children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families.
• Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with preschool-aged children.
• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
• All required clearances and background checks must be obtained prior to employment.
