Partnering with a private equity-backed company undergoing significant transformation, this role will lead corporate consolidations, forecasting, lender reporting, and executive insights — while also playing a key role in scenario planning and building out more forward-looking financial strategy.
You’ll have direct exposure to the CFO, Board, and private equity sponsors, and will work cross-functionally with business leaders to elevate financial visibility and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 10+ years of FP&A experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $165,000–$195,000
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance
Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
