Join our dynamic team as a Qualified Social Worker in the Sutton - TM - First Contact / Front Door Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families within the community, all while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of £45.20 per hour on an Umbrella basis. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and screenings to determine the needs of clients.
• Providing timely and accurate information and advice to service users and their families.
• Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with local policy and statutory requirements.
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery and professional development.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within a First Contact or Front Door setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
