This rapidly expanding organisation is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to help develop HR systems and procedures across their multisite manufacturing operations in the North West.
An ideal applicant will have a CIPD qualification, good experience with ER, payroll, general HR experience. Any industry experience can be considered.
The company are a leading specialist with their field and are renowned for their staff development & retention. They have recently gone through various acquisitions and mergers and are building further foundations for future expansion. Due to this growth & expansion, they are now looking for a HR advisor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
In this role you will work closely with the Group HR Manager and be the responsible HR representative for your respective site, covering employee relations, payroll, disciplinaries and similar HR related matters. You will also help establish and develop different systems and procedures to help streamline the HR function as the company continues to grow.
