Project Manager

Your tasks:

• Independently planning, managing and monitoring projects across all project phases
• Coordinating interdisciplinary teams (creative, account, strategy, production and external partners)
• Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines and status reports
• Ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines and quality standards
• Preparing, moderating and following up on internal and external meetings
• Acting as the central point of contact for all project-related topics for teams and clients
• Identifying risks at an early stage and developing appropriate solutions
• Supporting the preparation of estimates, cost calculations and billing
• Documenting projects and maintaining relevant systems and tools
• Continuously optimizing project workflows and internal processes

• Solid understanding of agency and project management processes in a creative agency environment
• Experience in planning, managing and coordinating interdisciplinary projects
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Confident handling of timelines, budgets and resources
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a structured manner
• Confident use of common project management and collaboration tools
• Basic commercial and financial understanding (estimates, costs, billing)
