Für unseren Kunden, eine internationale Bank mit Standort in Stuttgart und Frankfurt, suchen wir aktuell einen Referenten (m/w/d) für das operationelle Risiko. Die Position ist im Zuge eines Neuaufbaus entstanden und bietet die Möglichkeit, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und dazu bis zu 60% aus dem Home-Office zu arbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner zum Thema OpRisk
• Erstellung von Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
• Übernahme Reporting sowie Überwachung von Risikoindikatoren
• Abteilungsübergreifende Projekte

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium
• Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operationellen Risikomanagement
• Erfahrung im Retail Banking
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
