About the Role
<p>Job Title: Fleet Administrator<br />
Salary: £32,000 per annum<br />
Location: Harold Wood (Office-Based)<br />
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm</p>
<p>Adore Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing client based in Harold Wood, who are seeking a proactive and highly organised Fleet Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position in brand new offices, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a business with exciting growth plans.</p>
<p>The Role:<br />
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and compliance of a fleet currently consisting of 48 vans — a number expected to grow as the company expands. You’ll also support internal teams and engineers with general admin duties and training compliance, making this a varied and key support role within the business.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:<br />
Oversee administration and compliance for a fleet of 48 vehicles (subject to increase with company growth)</p>
<p>Check engineers’ timesheets against vehicle tracking systems</p>
<p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and fleet records</p>
<p>Manage the RingGo parking app for fleet usage</p>
<p>Coordinate repairs for tyres, windscreens, and general maintenance</p>
<p>Ensure all vehicle documentation is current and roadworthy</p>
<p>Liaise with engineers regarding vehicle requirements and support needs</p>
<p>Take responsibility for the out-of-hours phone on a shared rota to manage emergency vehicle issues</p>
<p>Maintain asbestos training records and book necessary training courses for staff</p>
<p>What We’re Looking For:<br />
Previous experience in fleet, logistics, or office administration is preferred</p>
<p>Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills</p>
<p>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using tracking/booking systems</p>
<p>Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude</p>
<p>Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks</p>
<p>Willingness to be part of an out-of-hours phone rota</p>
<p>Familiarity with training compliance or health & safety administration (desirable)</p>
