Experience delivering or developing technical trainingâparticularly in technologyâenabled, telecare, or healthcare environmentsâis a big plus.</p><h5>đ ď¸ Technical Capability</h5><p>You have practical working knowledge across <strong>at least three</strong> core technical areas, such as networking, telecommunications, connectivity, telecare protocols, SIP, ITSM tools, or secure VPN technologies. Youâre comfortable troubleshooting, explaining technical concepts clearly, and understanding how systems interact in realâworld environments.</p><h5>đŹ Skills & Ways of Working</h5><p>Youâre an engaging communicator and confident facilitator with a strong customerâcentric mindset. Highly organised and detailâfocused, you balance accuracy with approachability and remain resilient when juggling priorities in a fastâmoving environment.</p><h5>đ Learning & Development Mindset</h5><p>You understand how adults learn and enjoy designing training thatâs engaging, inclusive, and effective. Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools is desirable, along with a curiosity for new learning technologies and innovative ways to improve knowledge sharing.</p><h5>đą Personal Attributes</h5><p>Youâre selfâmotivated, resourceful, and proactiveâsomeone who takes ownership and raises the bar when needed. Partnering closely with the Technical L&D Partner and operational teams, you deliver practical, impactful technical training while feeding back insights to continuously improve learning across the organisation.</p><h5>đ Development Programmes & Training Needs Analysis</h5><p>You have a sharp eye for identifying skills gaps and turning them into clear, engaging development pathways. You stay curious about best practice, value inclusive learning, and design training that supports both individual growth and business goals.</p><h5>đ Training Delivery</h5><p>You bring energy and clarity to training sessionsâwhether in person, virtual, or digital. From Day 1 onboarding to refresher sessions, you adapt your style to suit different learners and ensure everyone feels supported as systems evolve.</p><h5>âď¸ Training Management</h5><p>Youâre organised and detailâfocused, keeping learning content current and accessible. Youâre comfortable working with an LMS, tracking engagement, evaluating impact, and exploring innovative tools (including AI) to enhance the learning experience.</p><h5>đĄ Subject Matter Expertise</h5><p>You enjoy being the goâto person for technical learning. With strong system knowledge and a forwardâthinking mindset, you share expertise with stakeholders, support digital adoption, and help shape training strategies that drive real behaviour change.</p><h5>đ Change Management & Project Leadership</h5><p>You thrive in times of change, supporting system rollouts and transformation initiatives through clear, engaging training.
