<p>Controls Engineer – LabVIEW</p>
<p>Location: Waukesha, WI</p>
<p>Travel: Only 5% (Mainly regional)</p>
<p>Compensation: $95k – $125k</p>

<p>What You’ll Do:</p>
<ul>
<li>Design and program automated test systems using LabVIEW</li>
<li>Integrate sensors, I/O, vision systems, and safety controls into robust test equipment</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, debug, and support installations both in-house and at customer sites</li>
<li>Own full project cycles from design to deployment</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams and communicate directly with customers</li>
<li>Write structured, modular, and version-controlled code</li>
</ul>
<p>What They’re Looking For:</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in automated manufacturing or test equipment</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience</li>
<li>Three (3) years’ of LabVIEW programming experience</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and mechanical systems</li>
<li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Ability to solve complex problems and thrive under tight deadlines</li>
<li>Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license</li>
