VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large Public Sector organisation with the recruitment of a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team based in Belfast.

About you
BTEC National Certificate/Diploma (Level 3) or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years' experience within a customer services environment
Experience supervising or supporting a frontline customer service team
Strong experience running reports, analysing data and interpreting policies
Confident using Microsoft Office and computerised systems
Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Full driving licence or access to suitable transport
What you'll do
Supervise and support a frontline operational customer service team
Monitor call volumes and performance trends to ensure service targets are met
Provide statistical reporting and analysis to support management decision-making
Investigate and respond to complaints, ensuring quality resolution
Contribute to policy development, governance and training initiatives
Support contractor performance monitoring and service delivery standards
Promote a positive team culture, wellbeing and high performance
