About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role provides comprehensive business and administrative support, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze data; prepare summaries and reports
Draft correspondence, forms, charts, and internal documents
Process invoices, payment requests, travel authorizations, and expense reports
Assist with budget preparation and financial tracking
Maintain organized records and support document retention processes
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant administrative experience
Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Experience processing invoices and expense documentation required
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
