<span><span><span>• Analysis of engineering hardware and electrical drawings and schematics assessing for fault tolerance, latent hazards, and safety requirements compliance</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Working with test and tactical operating and maintenance procedures to assure the proper administrative controls are in place</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Working across all integrated product teams and lines to properly eliminate hazards or provide effective controls.</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Design of concise, testable safety requirements or providing safety analysis of existing requirements • Performing System Safety Program or Design analyses</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Placement in challenging or under-performing programs with the expectation of improvement of the safety program</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Managing multiple-large system safety programs or a safety product line </span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Interfacing with key stakeholders (e.g. customers, program offices, subcontractors, vendors)</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Mentoring Multiple Jr. Engineers</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Preparing Safety Assessment Reports and Safety Program Briefs for Customer Approval</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Streamlining processes and reports across a product line for improved efficiency</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Interpreting system requirements, customer specifications and military standards</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>• Preparing internal and customer reports describing various analyses relevant to the System Safety program</span></span></span><br />
