Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.<h3>How you’ll make an impact in this role </h3><ul class="gdAMzb"><li class="rnc2Gd">Lead and Inspire: Provide direct leadership and mentorship, assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring the performance of nursing and support associates throughout your shifts.</li><li class="rnc2Gd">Strategic Planning: Exercise expert independent judgment in daily meetings with staff to proactively plan and adjust shifts, services, and complex patient care logistics.</li><li class="rnc2Gd">Invest in Talent: Play an active, vital role in the talent lifecycle, contributing valuable input toward the hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation of our dedicated staff.</li><li class="rnc2Gd">Orchestrate Care Assignments: Assess daily patient care needs and expertly develop and distribute patient care assignments, guaranteeing that every patient receives care appropriate for their specific population and acuity level.</li><li class="rnc2Gd">Ensure Readiness: Proactively manage and facilitate the ready availability of all necessary materials, resources, and clinical supplies for continuous, uninterrupted patient care.</li><li class="rnc2Gd">Prioritize Dynamics: Skillfully set and adjust clinical and operational priorities in real-time, responding effectively to the ever-changing dynamics of patient and physician needs.</li><li class="rnc2Gd">Resolve and Refine: Address and manage patient care complaints through established, professional channels, continually seeking opportunities to refine our processes and improve the patient experience.</li></ul><h3>What minimum requirements you’ll need </h3>Licensure / Certification / Registration:<ul><li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
