About the Role

Seeking Business Office Manager for skilled nursing facility The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of a long-term care facility. This includes managing billing and collections and other financial matters. The Business Office Manager also represents the company and facility and acts as a liaison between the company, the facility and the resident/family BOM (Business Office Manager) job duties include but not limited to: Accounts receivable related items such as billing, review of financial reports Accounting related items such as documenting, preparing, and distributing resident statements and following up with residents and/or families for proper documentation needed for billing Learn and utilize the healthcare billing software In general: oversee and act as facility information systems liaison with the Accounting Dept. and other Assisting with insurance payments, including private, Medicare, and Medicaid. Assisting resident and families with Medicaid applications Maintain resident files, serving as a liaison with families and reconciling PNA cash accounts each month. Experience in Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing billing required Benefits Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance
