Project Engineer OR Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker) Location: Can be based from Cookstown Tyrone OR North of Belfast, Antrim - with hybrid WFH / flexible working Full time, permanent position Hybrid / Flexible working Ref: HN12041 On Offer - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker) Salary £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus Hybrid / flexible working Flexible start and finish times - Mon to Thurs average business hours with a half day on Fridays Professional development opportunities Exposure to international projects and clients Occasional travel to France as per business needs The Company - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker) Leading engineering and manufacturing organisation delivering complex projects internationally Known for technical excellence, innovation, and customer delivery Strong team culture, employee-focused, with a process-driven approach Invests in people, systems, and project delivery capability The Role - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker) Manage multiple customer-facing projects from initiation to delivery Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Operate in a structured, process-driven framework Cover both operational and strategic projects of varying complexity Role can be based in Cookstown (Tyrone) or North Belfast Key Responsibilities - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker) Deliver projects in line with project management frameworks and best practice Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Align expectations between stakeholders Manage timelines, budgets, and variations Monitor costs and take corrective actions when required Facilitate project close-out including snagging and handover Communicate progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders Escalate risks, issues, and scope changes appropriately Support continuous improvement and strong health & safety culture Essential Criteria - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker) Degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline Minimum 2 years' experience in an Engineering or Project Engineering / Management type of role - Training can be given Proven experience managing customer - facing engineering or manufacturing projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and commercial elements Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential Right to Work - Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
