You'll join an established team acting on complex, high-value disputes for developers, contractors, consultants, housebuilders and commercial clients. Working alongside experienced specialists, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of contentious construction matters while continuing to develop your technical expertise.The RoleYou'll work on a varied caseload of contentious construction matters, including:Construction contract disputesAdjudications, mediation and litigationDelay, defects and payment claimsProfessional negligence mattersAdvising clients on risk, strategy and dispute resolutionFor candidates with existing construction experience, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters and play a key role within the team.
