• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

• 1–3 years of experience in IT, Information Security, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, or related areas (internships and graduate programs considered).
• Redesign and implementation of IT controls aligned with organizational standards and assist in embedding these controls into daily IT and data management activities.
• Hands-on experience in IT risk, security, compliance, and governance within a complex global organization.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT and Information Security controls within the internal control framework.
• Assist in identifying, documenting, validating, and testing control activities, including evidence collection and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to control enhancement initiatives by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring issues.
• Help ensure compliance with Information Security policies, standards, and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Collaborate with asset owners, security teams, and IT stakeholders to integrate controls into day-to-day operations.
• Support the preparation of control status reports, issue tracking, and remediation progress updates.
• Assist in developing guidance materials, documentation, and awareness initiatives to promote control adoption and compliance.
• Work closely with program teams and security functions to support ongoing governance and risk management activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT controls, information security principles, and risk management concepts.
• Interest in governance and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar standards.
• Experience working in a complex, technology-driven, or high-tech environment is advantageous.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in IT risk, governance, and control frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
