About the Role
<p class="MsoNormal">A leading global manufacturer is in search of a qualified Software Integration Engineer in Madisonville, TN with expertise in automotive systems to assist clients from evaluation to implementation of our solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, translating their requirements into technical specifications, executing system integrations, and ensuring successful field deployments. This position involves close cooperation with EOMs and internal teams to support product development and program launches.</p>

<li class="MsoNormal">Lead technical interactions with clients during pre-sales demonstrations, trials, and deployment stages. Conduct impactful product demonstrations and proof-of-concept tests.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Collect and interpret customer needs into detailed technical specifications, use cases, and validation plans.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Create, update, and manage technical documentation: including application notes, configuration guides, installation manuals, and user guides.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Work with R&D and product teams to customize solutions for manufacturing customers and resolve field issues. Drive root-cause analysis, CAPA, and engineering modifications when necessary.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Offer on-site and remote technical support, customer training, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption and usage.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Develop and execute test plans, validation protocols, and report findings; support quality processes like PFMEA and APQP where applicable.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Assist the sales team in defining project scopes, clarifying timelines, resources, and feasibility for customer opportunities.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Maintain project tracking, issue logs, and status updates for both internal and external stakeholders.</li>

<p class="MsoNormal">Qualifications</p>

<li class="MsoNormal">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">5+ years of experience in manufacturing as an Application Engineer or similar role.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Willingness to travel to customer sites and service centers as required (typically 10-20%).</li>
