About the Role

Are you a natural organiser who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded healthcare market research consultancy as part of their growing Operations team. You’ll work closely with researchers and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly, while having the opportunity to get involved in the research process if desired.

The role sits within a small, dynamic team, offering real ownership, flexibility, and variety day-to-day.

About the Role

The team is seeking a Project Management / Operations Executive to support ongoing research delivery and operational excellence.

Ops-focused – managing project logistics, suppliers, and costings. You’ll play a key role in coordinating internal teams, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless execution across projects.

Typical responsibilities include:
• Coordinating fieldwork suppliers, managing timelines, and tracking costs
• Ensuring smooth delivery across multiple stakeholders – clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Supporting researchers with project set-up
• Managing budgets and ensuring projects stay within (or under) financial scope
• Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and data integrity

For those interested, there’s scope to gain hands-on research experience, including supporting qualitative and quantitative fieldwork and analysis.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals with at least 2 years of experience working on market research projects across pharma and healthcare operations.

You’ll thrive here if you are:

• Experience working in healthcare / pharma market research

• Strong qualitative project experience
• Energetic, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves to support the team
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A clear communicator who can juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Collaborative, curious, and solution-oriented

• Must have the full right to work in the UK now and in the future
