<p><strong>Experience working in Home Infusion strongly desired.</strong></p>
<p>The Home Infusion Pharmacist will take on a leadership role, overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy and offering clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare providers through thorough evaluation of prescriptions, preparation of sterile medications, and safe dispensing of drugs and supplies. Additionally, this role will involve supervising pharmacy support staff, ensuring quality control measures are followed, and implementing performance improvement initiatives. The Home Infusion Pharmacist will report directly to the pharmacy owner(s).</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Required: Active pharmacist license in good standing with the state Board of Pharmacy where patient services are provided</li>
<li>Required: Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with employees, healthcare providers, and patients</li>
<li>Preferred: Three (3) years of clinical experience</li>
<li>Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience with infusion therapy and sterile compounding</li>
<li>Preferred: Training in sterile compounding practices</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred: Previous experience managing pharmacy support staff</p>
