About the Role
You will make an impact in the following way:
Ensure the proper functioning of solutions, handle incidents, and client requests in accordance with expected service levels (TAC2/TAC3)
Perform monitoring and field interventions on existing installations
Be on-call "from home" during nights/weekends as part of a rotating schedule
Design, configure, and commission new solutions (WAN, LAN, Routing, Telephony, CCTV, etc.)
Assist the project manager during the technical study, engineering, and project execution phases
Provide technical support to the sales manager
Write and maintain reports, documentation, and procedures for both internal and external use
Provide continuous reporting
What you will bring:
Education – INTTIC (BAC+5) graduation or similar
Experience – 2+ years of experience in a technical support or service role in networking
Knowledge & skills – Essential: TDM & Packet Switching, TCP/IP, Routing, MPLS, Wireless, proficiency in MS Visio, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Office; nice to have: Cybersecurity, programming/scripting, CCNA/CCNP
Personality – Highly autonomous and team-oriented, with strong communication and writing skills, excellent multitasking ability, and attention to detail
Willingness to travel – Predominantly domestically 30 %
Language proficiency – Fluency in French and English
