Safeguarding Team Manager - Hertfordshire

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Family Safeguarding Team in Hertfordshire. Role Details: Position: Team Manager - Family Safeguarding Rate: £45.50 per hour Location: Hertfordshire Key Responsibilities: Review, challenge, and sign off recommended care packages and support plans, ensuring all work aligns with service procedures and national legislation Manage complex and high-risk situations using strong negotiation and diplomacy skills, involving families, individuals, and professionals, with escalation to senior management where required Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior officers, external organisations, and the wider community to support evolving service needs Lead on operational delivery, effectively deploying resources to meet objectives while ensuring high-quality and safe service provision This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Manager looking to make a real impact within a well-established Family Safeguarding service.
