In 2019, Conscensia began its journey in Warsaw with just a few desks in a coworking space. Today, our Warsaw Hub has grown into a vibrant workplace on Łucka Street, home to over 80 talented professionals who collaborate on impactful projects for global clients.

Located in the heart of the business district and easily accessible via two metro stations, our office is designed to encourage collaboration, innovation, and productivity. We operate in a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two remote, offering the perfect balance between teamwork and flexibility.
