<p><strong>Veterinary Surgeon – New Graduate Development Role</strong><br />
Up to £42,000 | Full Time | Kent, South East England</p>
<p>A fantastic opportunity for a New Graduate Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, multi-site small animal practice in Kent. Based within a hospital setting, this role offers structured development, strong clinical support and exposure to a varied caseload in a well-equipped environment.</p>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> Up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)<br />
<strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week, 4 days plus 1 in 5 Saturdays<br />
<strong>Shifts:</strong> Mixture of 8:00–18:00, 8:30–18:30 and 9:30–19:30</p>

<h3>Who We Are</h3>
<p>The practice is an RCVS-accredited group with six sites across Kent and East Sussex, including a fully accredited hospital providing 24-hour emergency care. The hospital holds Gold ISFM accreditation and is equipped to support a high standard of surgical, diagnostic and medical work.</p>

<p>The team includes experienced Veterinary Surgeons with interests in surgery, radiography, anaesthesia, dermatology and dentistry, alongside a skilled team of Registered Veterinary Nurses who run nurse consults and support inpatient care.</p>

<p>Manage a balanced mix of consultations and surgical procedures</p>

<p>Work up cases to a high clinical standard</p>

<p>Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues across the wider group</p>

<p>Deliver outstanding care to patients and clients</p>

<p>Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional team culture</p>

<p>This role provides excellent exposure for a recent graduate or developing Veterinary Surgeon looking to build confidence in both consults and surgery within a supportive hospital environment.</p>
