<p><strong>THE ROLE:</strong></p>
<p>As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of medical devices and consumables throughout Scotland and North East England. Your customers will include consultants, senior nurses, EBME teams and procurement, working across departments such as ICU, neo-natal and theatre. There will be a healthy mix of new business and account management – maintaining, winning and building strong clinical and commercial relationships, delivering product demonstrations and closing business using a confident and consultative approach.</p>

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in medical device sales or a relevant clinical background and looking to transition into a commercial role</li>
<li>Neonatal / Midwifery experience beneficial but not essential</li>
<li>A driven, tenacious and highly motivated personality</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior clinical stakeholders</li>
<li>Full driving licence with no more than 6 points</li>

<p><strong>THE PACKAGE:-</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Basic salary: £35,000 – £45,000</li>
<li>OTE: approx. £7,000 to £13,000+ uncapped commission</li>
<li>Hybrid company car (Audi A3 level ) or £450 per month car allowance</li>
<li>25 days annual leave + stats</li>
<li>Business mileage allowance</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Location:</strong></p>
<p>This position covers Scotland and North East England. We’re looking for candidates based in Scotland due to location of the main accounts. Edinburgh would be ideal!</p>
