About the Role

MANTECH is seeking a full-time Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This is an onsite position. This role is responsible for inventory control, material storage, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. Warehouse Specialists ensure that materials are accurately received, stored, and distributed in support of production, training, and operational needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reviews and apply accurate labels to materials, bins, and shipments Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or electronic systems Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies Coordinate with team leads and supervisors to ensure timely material availability Ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices to prevent material degradation and all materials are properly identified and traceable Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damage or discrepancies Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements and generate and maintain shipping and receiving documentation Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production, training, or other departments Support kitting operations by assembling and verifying kit contents Perform duties of Material Handling Laborers as needed, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials Support DRMO (Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office) processes by preparing excess or obsolete materials for disposal Assist with FTO (For Training Only) logistics, including setup and teardown of training environments Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE Ensure warehouse operations comply with SOPs, WIs, and regulatory standards Report safety incidents, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations promptly Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, follow all safety and conduct rules, and comply with company policies Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in basic warehousing Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: Background in government or defense-related logistics support Certification or experience operating forklifts or other MHE Familiarity with inventory systems and labeling procedures Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance Physical Requirements: Be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. The person in this position must be able to work on their feet for up to 8 hours a day in a non-climate-controlled environment, and to be able to lift and handle material weighing up to 40 pounds Must be able to safely operate forklifts, mid-riders, pallet jacks and/ or other similar MHE devices
