It’s hands-on, rewarding, and all about helping children feel safe, understood and supported. What you’ll be doing Supporting pupils with complex SEN, including autism and PMLD Assisting with personal care where required Using sensory strategies to support engagement Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team The setting Highly supportive staff team Strong focus on training and development A calm, structured environment Who is this role for Someone resilient and compassionate Experience with complex needs or care backgrounds welcome Someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
