Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer. circa £45k (35 hour week).

Ref: M4114. Tunbridge Wells, Kent. 3 days office - 2 WFH.

We are looking for an experienced IT infrastructure engineer to join a well-established UK organisation - you will lead the Infrastructure team in delivering a large number of infrastructure projects, third-line technical support (as a helpdesk escalation point) and Cyber security enhancements, as well as providing advice and guidance to help steer and deliver the group IT strategy.

Based on a 35 hour week, salary is circa £45k (DOE) - benefits include 6 weeks holiday plus bank holidays; pension scheme, life assurance and extensive corporate discounts (travel, shopping and excursions).

Experience: 4+ years infrastructure experience, with at least 2 years 3rd / 4th line, including:

o Windows Server OS upgrades / migration.

o M365 config administration, Exchange online, SharePoint online, Teams, EndPoint Manager (Mobile) etc.

o On-Prem AD services: DHCP, DNS, Radius, sites and services, etc.

o WSUS.

o Cyber security experience, including standards and controls (NIST, CIS etc.).

o Cloud strategy experience - preferably Azure, though AWS/ Google etc. is beneficial. Not limited to lift and shift: SaaS, PaaS, Daas and IaaS are all options.

o 3rd party / vendor management.
