We are looking for self-starters who want to make a difference in our communities by promoting a network of world-class treatment facilities, managing a defined territory and contributing to the industry with your expertise in healthcare related sales and consultative selling. <div> <p><strong>We offer a full suite of benefits ranging from:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive hourly rates</li> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li> <li>Paid Holidays</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>HSA & FSA</li> <li>Company Paid Basic Life & AD&D</li> <li>Disability</li> <li>401(k) Retirement Plan - with company match</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program/Employee Discount Program</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay Range:</strong></p> <p>The pay range for this position starts at $70,000.00 and is determined by experience and education.</p> <p>This is a full-time position with some on-call responsibilities and extensive local travel.</p> <p>At<span> </span><strong>Wellness Resource Center</strong><span> </span>we specialize in providing services to adults struggling with substance use disorders, mental health, and associated co-occurring disorders in an inpatient and outpatient basis</p> <p><strong>Your job as a Business Development Representative:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management, as well as provide education to staff to generate referral sources.</li> <li>Develop strong relationships with key referral sources and their personnel, identifying new opportunities for partnering and growth.</li> <li>Manage leads from referral sources and ensures efficient admissions process for clients.</li> <li>Expeditiously document all activity in company Customer Relationship Manager (Salesforce).</li> <li>Work closely with corporate Consumer Marketing team to ensure utilization of their resources and implementation of best practice in brand development.</li> <li>Coordinate with clinical assessment team on referrals for admission based on the facility services offered.</li> <li>Educate patients, families, community and other referral sources on programs, services and amenities provided within facility.</li> <li>Coordinate the completion of admission process and ensure appropriate resources are obtained.</li> <li>Travel frequently within community, schedule meetings and develop contacts/referral sources;
