About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children aged 0–5 with their learning, play, and development. Your duties may include:

• Supporting children during play, learning activities, and meal/snack times
• Assisting staff with setting up engaging activities
• Helping promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Encouraging social, emotional, and communication development
• Ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing procedures are always followed

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience working with young children (formal or informal)
• A caring, patient, and positive personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for supporting early childhood development
• A willingness to learn and follow nursery routines
  (Level 2/3 Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential.)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
