About the Role
A premier online casino games provider operating on a purely digital B2B model are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to their team as they scale their footprint across Africa, LATAM, and Europe to hunt down new business and expand their distribution network. What you'll be doing: Driving the full sales cycle from cold outreach and lead generation to contract signature and successful client launch. Targeting two distinct segments across regulated jurisdictions: B2B platforms/aggregators and licensed B2C operators. Tailoring high-impact sales presentations that highlight our sports-branded content and clear cross-selling advantage. Navigating compliance landscapes seamlessly, aligning our certified content with local market demands in high-priority growth regions like Europe, Africa and and South America. Setting and exceeding performance targets , while maintaining a clean, accurate CRM pipeline to forecast client activity. Representing the brand globally at key iGaming trade shows and industry conferences to generate high-value inbound leads. Coordinating with internal teams —including Compliance, Product, and Sales Operations—to ensure rapid, smooth client onboarding via our single API. What you'll bring: At least 5 years of commercial sales or business development experience specifically within the iGaming industry (B2B game supplier experience is highly preferred). An established network of tier-1 operators, platforms, and aggregators across Europe, LATAM, or Africa. A deep understanding of iGaming market dynamics , including the structural differences between regulated markets. A proactive, self-starting attitude with the grit to open doors in competitive markets and negotiate commercial terms autonomously. Excellent presentation and communication skills , with the ability to confidently pitch complex commercial frameworks and tiered revenue-share models. Fluency in English is required ; being a Portuguese speaker is a great advantage.
