<span><span><span>Project Leadership</span></span></span>

<li><span><span><span><span>Take full ownership of large-scale, complex commercial flooring projects (including multi-story and institutional work like healthcare and large GC-driven builds) </span></span></span></span></li>

<span><span><span><b>What You Bring</b></span></span></span>

<li><span><span><span><span>7+ years of commercial construction project management experience (flooring strongly preferred) </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Proven ability to manage large, complex projects independently </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Strong field experience and practical understanding of installation and sequencing </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>High-level organizational and project tracking skills </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Experience working with general contractors and managing subcontracted work </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Existing industry relationships (GCs, builders, or end users) is a strong plus </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Ability to contribute to bidding and light sales efforts (not a pure sales role, but commercially aware) </span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Comfortable stepping into a role with autonomy and ownership from day one </span></span></span></span></li>
