<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues with AC and DC drives</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Utilizing PLCs for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule with occasional Saturdays</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Traveling as needed, approximately two days every other month</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with PLCs and basic programming</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency with AC and DC drives</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to commit to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Stable work history with no more than two employers in the last five years</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude</span></li>
